Claude helped me get my first 100 members 🤖
My free Skool group for coaches and agency owners just passed 100 members. 🎉 The part I did not expect: Claude did a lot of the work. I used it to help me find the right posts in other communities and write real comments under them, instead of posting in my own group first. 🤖 12 people joined since: 7 clicked my profile after a comment. 2 found me in Skool search. 1 came from Google. 2 came straight from a link. Small sample, so I'm not sure it holds. But so far, comments are bringing in more people than anything else I tried. How do you track where your newest members or clients come from?

What an AI Voice Agent + GHL system actually looks like running live in businesses (not a demo)
Sharing this because there’s a lot of hype about AI voice agents and not enough “here’s what it actually does in a real business.” The setup I’ve been running for clients: Layer 1 — Missed Call Text-Back (Conversation AI) When a call is missed, AI sends an SMS in under 10 seconds: "Hey [First Name], sorry we missed your call — what were you reaching out about?" AI responds in real time. If they reply, it qualifies and books. Layer 2 — AI Voice Agent (for high call-volume businesses) Answers after 2 rings (not immediately — feels more natural) Checks CRM context: is this a new lead or returning contact? Runs a 2-3 question qualification script specific to the business Checks calendar availability and books directly Transfers to human if the conversation goes off-script Layer 3 — GHL backend Every interaction updates the CRM automatically Pipeline stage moves based on qualification outcome Confirmation + reminder sequence fires after booking Google Calendar sync so nothing double-books What it does NOT do (important to set expectations): → Doesn’t pretend to be human (introduces as AI assistant for [Business Name]) → Doesn’t handle complex objections or negotiate pricing (routes to human) → Doesn’t replace the sales call — it FILLS the sales calendar Real numbers across clients: → 41% average response rate after missed call → 34% appointment rate (missed call → booked meeting) → 1,200+ AI-handled lead conversations to date For anyone building voice agents — happy to compare notes on what’s actually working in production.

@Liton Sarker Ours runs on day 1, 2, 3, 4, then 6, 8, 10 and 12, and we keep going until they book or give a clear no. Same stop condition as yours: it never fires once someone has replied or booked.

@Liton Sarker I can't say it has bitten us yet, so I won't claim that. It's a gap I'd want closed from the start, because a lead who replies on a channel the sequence isn't watching is the one who gets a follow-up they didn't need.
Builders: if you can't get sales calls, check these 4 numbers before changing your offer
You built the workflow. Now you need calls to sell it. Before you rewrite the offer, check: Acceptance rate: how many people accept or open your first message Reply rate: how many answer ABR (appointment booking rate): how many booked a call out of everyone you contacted Close rate: how many calls become clients From our video-first message we saw 3 to 4% positive replies and about 1% ABR. If you only track the last number you can't see where the leak is. What's your ABR right now? A rough guess is fine.

@Mouldi Nouri Agreed, that split is worth checking first. When replies are fine but calls aren't booking, I'd look at the ask: a plain prompt like reply 1 for a short video, before any link or calendar.
Hey everyone! 👋
I’m Filip, originally from Slovakia 🇸🇰 and currently working hands-on in hotel operations in Austria. I’m building my own project , focused on exploring opportunities in hospitality, mainly independent 3-4 stars hotels, but also restaurants, cafés, bars, and the wider industry. Where I’m currently at: I’m in the early discovery phase, reaching out to people, having conversations and discovery calls, and trying to understand the real challenges hospitality businesses face. I’m particularly interested in what’s happening behind the scenes: everyday operational challenges, inefficient processes, what’s working well, and where better systems, technology, or AI automation could genuinely make a difference. I’m also exploring areas like guest experience, online reputation, and reviews. My approach is pretty simple: Understand the industry, listen to people with real experience, identify recurring problems, and only then figure out whether there’s something worth solving or building. Why I’m here: I’d love to learn from this community, share my own experiences and findings, contribute wherever I can, and connect with people who have similar interests. I’m especially interested in connecting with: - Hospitality professionals: Anyone working in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or bars or whether you’re an owner, manager, or part of the day-to-day team. - Builders and service providers: People developing systems, AI solutions, automations, or other services for hospitality businesses. - People from Slovakia 🇸🇰 or Czechia 🇨🇿: I’d particularly love to connect with people familiar with these markets, exchange experiences, and understand the challenges, opportunities, and what’s actually happening locally. I’m not here to pitch anything. I’m genuinely interested in learning, exchanging perspectives, building relationships, and hopefully contributing something useful along the way. If any of this resonates with you, feel free to drop a comment or send me a DM! Would love to hear what you’re working on, what challenges you’re seeing, or simply connect and exchange ideas.

Welcome Filip. Independent 3-4 star hotels is a clear target, and working in hotel operations gives you the right language for those conversations. What's the most common problem the owners mention in your discovery calls so far?

@Filip Cerevko Thanks for sharing. Food waste and unclear kitchen workflows are good ones because you can measure them. Ask the next owner how much they throw away in a week and what it costs, and you have a number to build around.
Are we sometimes trying to automate things too early?
Something I’ve been thinking about while working in hotel kitchen and exploring AI automation opportunities. I’m currently looking at everyday hotel processes like breakfast operations, kitchen workflows, reviews, purchasing, and inventory-related tasks. And one thing I’m learning is that before even thinking about automation, I need to properly understand how the process works, where time is being lost, and whether there’s actually a problem worth solving.Thats why I’ve decided to do a discovery phase first before anything. To me discovery calls sounds boring and stops me from a building and having fun with AI, Agents, testing different platforms and so on. But sometimes a simple tracking system or a better process might be more useful than another AI agent. That’s what I’ve applied also in a current hotel kitchen job I have. I started with measuring, Google Sheets for tracking and over all mapping the reality of kitchen operations. I’m still figuring this out and testing different approaches. For those of you building AI automation agencies: Do you usually start by understanding the client’s existing workflow, or do you already have a specific automation you try to sell? Curious how others approach this.

Good question. Before automating a hotel process I'd ask how many times a week it happens and how many minutes it costs. The repeated, rule-based ones pay off first, and the rare ones rarely do.
