What do you do for old knees?
Random question but I always want to know this from anyone who does martial arts? What are your routines (exercises, diet/supplements, braces/equipment, physical therapy, etc) for keeping your knees in the best shape possible. I am 42 with early onslaught arthritis of the knees and I'd love to hear if anyone else who has knee problems (common) has tips for keeping knees healthy

Training Space- Where do you train?
I’m curious… what does your training space look like? Do you train outside, in the garden, on the beach, or tucked away in some quiet isolated spot? Or are you more of an indoor person, maybe a homemade garage gym, a spare room turned dojo, or even a fully kitted-out training space? I’ll go first 👇 When I was learning, most of my practice happened in the back garden. Later on, I used to have access to an old boxing gym that had definitely seen better days-but it had character and I loved it. These days I rent out three venues for my physical classes, so I spend most of my time teaching in proper halls and community spaces. But I still love seeing how people carve out their own personal training environments. Drop a photo or tell us about your setup! Where do you train and why do you love it?

🚀 Our Community Is Growing — Thank YOU! 🙏
I’ve just taken a look at our analytics, and I’m honestly blown away. Not only are our total members increasing week by week… but the activity levels are right up there too. That tells me one thing: this community isn’t just joining — you’re showing up, training, learning, and supporting each other. I just want to say a massive thank you to every single one of you. Whether you're posting, commenting, watching lessons, or quietly working through the training on your own time… you’re a part of this journey, and it means a lot. We’re building something special here — a tribe of martial artists who grow together, push each other, and share the same passion for Kickboxing, Eskrima, Panantukan, and self-improvement. Let’s keep it going. More training. More learning. More challenges. More progress. And always — more support for each other. Thanks again, everyone. We’re only just getting started. 🔥💪

Thinking Out Loud – Food Prep Course 🍽️
I’m playing with the idea of creating a simple food prep course for the community. Nothing fancy. Real food, easy to prep, repeatable meals that fit around training, work, family life, and staying healthy as we get older. Things like: High-protein meals Simple shopping lists Batch cooking that actually saves time Meals that support training & recovery Before I build anything, I’d love your input: 👉 Would a food prep course be useful to you? 👉 What’s your biggest struggle right now – time, ideas, consistency, calories, or cost? Drop a comment and let me know. Your feedback will shape it 👊

@Aaron Conrad cost for me too! I eat for cost these days. Money is so tight
The goals we set are the goals we get.
As we come to the end of the year, a lot of us start thinking about what we want to accomplish in the year ahead. 2026 is around the corner, and I’d love to hear what goals you are setting for yourself. I’ll go first… For 2026, I want to become a fitter, healthier, and better version of myself. I’m starting a new resistance-training routine to build more muscle..not just for looks, but because as we get older our muscle mass naturally begins to decline. I’m also getting back into road work (running) and being more mindful about what I’m eating. On top of that, I’ll be doing a course on food prep and batch cooking, because time is valuable and I want to make healthy choices easier. Now it’s your turn What are your goals for 2026? Let’s share them below and support each other along the way.

Gotta get back in shape. My divorce is kicking my butt. But I hope I can get out of slump after class ends and rededicate to the martial arts
