Try to reverse late payments or remove entire account?

Hey guys so I’m back for some guidance. My credit score is bouncing around the 690s. I have a personal loan from 2022 with about 6 late payments. The load is almost paid off. Would it hurt more to remove the entire account from my credit report or just continue to try to remove the late payments? I ask because as we all know these late payments are a pain.

Rebuilding a relationship with CHASE??

Good day everyone. I have a question, have anyone ever rebuilt a relationship with chase after having a charge off? I owe them just under $700 but I was told even if I pay, there's no guarantee that I can reopen my accounts. I'm looking to open a personal and business account with them. Any recommendations or tips??😵‍💫
