The Art of Detachment
Lately, Ive been thunking a lot about "detachment" from a spiritual context. I believe there is a lot of personal power that comes from detaching from all outcomes. All things we have no control over. This is tough for me but I've been working on it over the past year or so. For those who have found beauty and fulfillment with this, what are things you do daily or consistently to stay in the state of mind of detachment?

@Lee Simmons that's an incredible mindset. Did it take practice and trial/error to fully master it?

Stop Trying to Be Perfect!
Do you try to make everything perfect, everything go right, everything work out? Well it won't! You need to come to acceptance with that or you're going to have a difficult time because not everything will go right all the time. Some things will go bad. Your exam results won't be the one that you think you deserve. You will lose relationships. Things will fall through in your career and things won't work out the way you intend, but that's ok because there can't be light without dark. You need to remember this, so yeah thank you for reading. Hope it was valuable.

Stepping into the unkown
Hey Tribe! Can't tell you how grateful I am to be here. I just turned 33 and a few days before that, experience my third layoff since turning 30. At this point, I believe God is telling me to build and create. Has anyone else gone through a similar transformation? I have a wife and daughter so definitely feeling the pressure but also trying to be clam, let go of what I can't control, and follow my intuition. Any pointers and tips on how you've navigated this would be helpful. Appreciate all of you!

What’s Right For You Evolves With You 🌺
Your needs will change over time. The key is to pay attention to how you feel. Passion energizes you, even when you’re tired. False obligations drain you, even with rest. Listen to those signs from your body. You don’t need to force yourself to enjoy something simply because it’s “what is expected of you.” Choose experiences that make you feel alive, whole and accomplished. Trust that you can shift course when needed, that doing so isn’t failure, it’s growth.

Forced enjoyment is a trap so many people (myself included) fall into. It's so easy to do.
