One Prompt Newsletter in Claude.
Type this into Claude and be amazed. I save the newsletter as HTML so that it fits nicely into KW Command Emails :) - obviously, customize as needed. PROMPT: You are a real estate agent and a graphics artist. I need you to create a two page newsletter that I can email to my clients in Henderson, Nevada. Find me interesting events, activities coming up in the city and some interesting market stats. I am with Keller Williams Marketplace and I want it in html code so I can paste it back into KW Command. Make sure you have active links so that the readers can find more information. Remind me every month on the 25th to do this. Ask me any questions you need to do a good job.

How Do You Learn New AI Tools?
Quick question for everyone. When you're learning a new AI tool, do you prefer watching a tutorial first, or do you just open it and start clicking around? I'm a click-around person. Sometimes that costs me an hour figuring out something a 5-minute video would have shown me. But I also feel like I learn the tool better that way. What's your approach?

I like to ask the AI itself how to best use it.
Where Has AI Actually Saved You Time?
Something I've been thinking about lately. We talk a lot about using AI for marketing and lead gen in here. But the place where it's made the biggest difference for me is the boring stuff. Organizing files. Writing SOPs. Cleaning up my inbox. Building checklists for recurring tasks. None of that is exciting, but it's freed up more actual working hours than any marketing tool I've tried. Where has AI saved YOU the most time? I'd bet it's something unglamorous.

For me it has been the biggest time saver when I use it to brainstorm ideas to implement into my business. I am able to go from idea to implementation much faster because of the brainstorming I have with AI.
