Clue 3
Finally finished clue 3. I had to knit an extra row before the neckband because it was way too big for my neck .Had to decrease about 20 sts to make it fit. Next time, I will know to cast on fewer stitches. I have almost finished Clue 4, just in time for the update on Friday. Love the textured pattern in clue 4, It sure makes my turquoise blend in better. I am still loving the "Southwestern" colors of the yarn.

Clue 3
Clue 2 finished
Of course, I changed my mind on how it looked with the blue at the top. So, I took the blue out and redid it with the bronze color. I like it much better. I love the blue knitted in with the bronze. The blue is really a beautiful turquoise color.

It's time. Go get your Clue 1!
I’m so excited that for most of you, this will be your first steek! Eek! I love how brave you all are, and I really hope your trust in me pays off. The best part is, we've got a bunch of experienced steekers who can help us through this with moral support! But we don't need to worry about all that yet. Today we focus on the first clue. It's been a bit of a wait but it's officially out! If you have already purchased the pattern, check your inbox for a notification about the pattern update, then refresh your Ravelry library to download the newly added Clue 1 file. If not, you can still grab it here. There’s also a few tutorials waiting for you here on Skool! Just head over to the Classroom tab and find the Rujuu course. Let the fun begin! I can’t wait to see all your amazing projects! P.S. A little note on spoilers! To keep things simple and fun for everyone this year, we won't be using spoiler photo covers or separate clue threads. This means you'll likely see WIP photos out in the open as each clue is released. If you're starting a bit later and want to keep the surprise, it might be best to hop back on here only when you're ready to see the images.

I am in a quandry. In the welcome video about the yarn colors, I don't have any blending qualities, they all stand alone. I am working with a copper tone, an turquoise blue, and a bright yellow. Trying to do a southwest colored theme. Will this work? Can't include a picture because my phone refuses to download the pic. Never have had this happen before, Bummer!

@Gretchen Hagen Thanks. That helps a lot.
The Mystery Yokealong is back!
Our Mystery KAL is officially back for year three! We’re knitting a top-down round yoke sweater (or a steeked cardigan) together over seven weekly clues, kicking off on January 16th. This year, we’re leaning into stash-busting, so feel free to start hunting through your yarn collection now. You can get all the details on the Ravelry pattern page or here on Skool in the dedicated Classroom where I’ll also be posting all the relevant video tutorials as clues become available. We’d love for you to jump in and share your yarn picks, questions, and progress photos. Just use the "MYAL 2026" category for your posts. Heads up: we aren’t doing spoiler alerts this time, so feel free to post away in whatever way you like just as long as it is in that category! I can’t wait to see what you all come up with this year.

I am 76 years old and have knitting since I was in high school. I have only doing colorwork for 5 years, but I love it.
