Hello, my name is Janette and I'm researching my father's (Mother) ancestors. I started this journey several years ago but I have only been searching by way of searching a name of ancestors I know information on, and never truly learned how to search and find the information on the ones I don't. I am currently trying to get my Chickasaw Indian roll number but there are a few kinks I'm not sure how to find and document the correct information and know I'm (barking up the right tree) :) My Oklahoma Family Lineage is through James Logan Colbert and oh my.......Thanks for adding me.
