Has anybody ever used various riding tools to help with their position? If so, tell us what you have tried. And did you like them?

A word on dressage: Over the last 46 years years in horses, I found that that many poo poo dressage. I get it, it's hard and goes into theory that can be hard to understand, but if you have the right trainer that helps you work toward your goals (I don't mean showing), you and your horse will transform in ways you didn’t think possible. Dressage is for everyone and teaches how to affect the horse in a positive manner so that they develop a cohesive partnership. So the horse becomes more balanced, cooperative and relaxed. You never have to enter a show ring if you don't want to, but it will drastically improve you're riding and connection with your horse. Dressage has saved my butt many times in other areas such as barrel racing, skijoring, mounted, archery and jousting.
