Having a balanced seat that moves with the horse is so important when there are shenanigans! Keeping the upper body over the hips is also key! Have you been on a horse like this? How did you handle it?https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1KACkd1nRX/

@Shelly Smith oh no! We teach riders how to move with the horse so they stay in the saddle.

🥳 Welcome New Members Carlin and Julia!
@Carlin Menzin and @Julia Pacheco have just joined! I hope it's everyone has time to say hello, and welcome them! They have both come to the right place to find a balanced seat. Carlin and Julia - pop on here and say hi and introduce yourselves!

Manage the Load
If you find yourself running out of gas part way through your lesson, then perhaps you need to take an inventory of what you're doing in the day and look at it holistically. If you are strength training and doing cardio, but still can't make it through your lesson, it's probably something else that's holding you back! ➡️ Can you make it through a forty five minute lesson?Without having to make a lot of extra stops for breaks?

Stop Perching Forward!

Fire 🔥
We have several large fires where I live in Utah. The closest one being only about eighteen miles away. A nearby town has been evacuated since Saturday. The smoke has been thick and making it hard to be outside. I have phone number ankle bands for the horses and an evacuation plan in place if need be. Paying attention to the fire and also packing to get ready to move and close on a new house has made it difficult for me to pay attention to Skool, though I do pop in and post once a day. Bear with me!
