Apostille PR and VCU update
So I was overthinking this. I was able to open the transcript Use a Virginia Copy cert. I did NOT need his signature The copy cert verbiage had to say me as the notary is acknowledging that this is TRUE COPY. Which made me think am I Notarizing my own signature.... SOS said nope send it in. So with that being said this job is complete and my fee for this was $595.00 as I had to request transcripts and had to a mobile notary to him in Oregon for his ID. Then he said I have 6 other MD that need their transcripts done can I send them to you? Absolutely!!

@Ebony Locke this is good to know. So if he was using this to apply to school abroad, then the registrar signature would have to be notarized? Could the country reject it, if copy certified?

What would you do?
I have a PR OPENED transcript That will need to be used in Columbia PR is part of US territory He opened the transcript Let’s talk about it Wait he is also in Oregon now Let’s work together I did his passport I did his VCU sealed transcript But this OPENED PR is kicking my ass! I have a plan though…….

@Ebony Locke I sent this to the other Ebony Perry... sorry but this is what I wrote pasting here to you: First, I would contact the school in PR and explain the issue. I would let them know that I need to send a PR notary to meet with the registre or whom ever is authorized to handle sealed transcripts. Does PR allow for Certified Copy of Transcripts? Something that states that the open transcript is a true original copy which the notary can take to the SOS to have it Apostilled. I would also get a sealed unopened transcript that I would just include with the package, although I know it won't be Apostilled but perhaps the school can stamp the outside of the envelope and as long as the envelop seal isn't broken, they can accept it. I can't wait to see how you handle this one because it is interesting.

@Ashley Thomas I think this is a great work around...I uploaded a blog yesterday regarding school transcripts for international students. I can't wait to see how Ebony handles this one.

Finally in bed
Whew I had to get my house in order I cleaned up Mopped the floors Washed all the pups 🐶 stuff @Janet Thomson I got to get that Mop soap 🧼 I have not been able to get to Social Media post yet I did do my post cards (10) I need to order more Then I lit 🔥 that grill at 9pm 🕘 @Kyndis Alexander i got the right steak 🥩 but it wasn’t nothing like my wegmans steak gonna need help with season mix. I signed all my marriage licenses Got my next set of apostille ready to go! I took an extra prednisone cause whew I was getting uncomfortable Now I am tucked away editing my TikTok Make sure u read the email tons of information
