Apostille PR and VCU update
So I was overthinking this.
I was able to open the transcript
Use a Virginia Copy cert.
I did NOT need his signature
The copy cert verbiage had to say me as the notary is acknowledging that this is TRUE COPY.
Which made me think am I Notarizing my own signature....
SOS said nope send it in.
So with that being said this job is complete and my fee for this was $595.00 as I had to request transcripts and had to a mobile notary to him in Oregon for his ID.
Then he said I have 6 other MD that need their transcripts done can I send them to you?
Absolutely!!
