Honest Comparison: Paid Mentorship vs. This Community Last December, I joined a UGC mentorship program that costs $1,000/year. I've paid $300 so far and still owe $700. The main mentor is genuinely helpful — but the resources? Not great for the price. After spending just 4 days in Gloria Stonelake's community, I can say the free resources here are 100x better than what I'm getting from a $1,000 paid program. I can't afford to join the paid mentorship tier here (I'm already ~$600 in the negative), but honestly — the free resources alone are world-class, better than 99% of communities charging thousands. My honest take on why: My paid mentor made $11k in his first month after just 3 months of UGC experience, then launched a mentorship. He's talented — but 3 months of experience vs. years of experience shows in the quality of resources and systems. I've been getting hit with a lot of these questions recently: "Is this UGC thing actually real? Are real people actually doing it? How do I know it's not a scam? Does it work for Gen X too?" And INSTEAD of me just telling you whether or not this UGC thing is real or not, why don't I just SHOW you: When I first started UGC, the biggest thing I did was look at the top UGC creators in the industry and I copied exactly what they did. STUDY the top creators, watch their podcasts, look at their UGC on their portfolio. IF you are a new UGC creator, you do NOT need to reinvent the wheel, just STUDY what's working and then copy it. "Find the best performers in the room. Define what their daily inputs are. And do 10x their workload" That's what a mentor said to me when I first started. I executed it relentlessly and fast forward to this day. I've been fortunate enough to manage UGC campaigns for billion dollar companies.
