@Tiffany Streett Each stick is like 4and half inches long so a pretty good length, you can hot glue sides together to make a wall or platform , they cut pretty easy I used it to make books too

@David Terrazas they're in my bedroom, I don't know where I would put them outside, I don't have an amazing brook area like you where all the fairy builds look so natural

Fairy playground
It was suggested i create a fairy playground, I made a swing already, so I added a slide and a teeter totter.

Fairy house in progress
Today we got the basic structure of the house itself built (still have to wrap bark around the outside and create a roof. It will be two stories, with either a ladder or spiral staircase). I also learned how to use a band saw to make lots of books for the bookcase. They will be sanded and painted, but the blocks are cut. Three more weeks till the contest. 🤞🏼 I now understand what you meant about scale @Janet Merz - the contest requires the house to be at least 12”x12”, and max 36”x36”. That’s huge in fairy terms! 😂
