I was inspired, Janks for sharing, Janet, to have personal best/not quite a win, too: last night, through the night, I experienced a huge shift internally, as the result of doing a great deal of internal work recently and a sudden trigger.....I was able to feel, in my body where the pains were.....when they move around like that I know I am not stuck.....I used breathing techniques...I simply noticed and felt the pains and avoided the negative feed back loops....only the positive feedback loops. the negative ones do not always serve me very well.....felt the pains, acknowledged same, noticed the thoughts separated the thoughts from the emotions, felt the emotions and found the positive learnings and kept moving forward and got back to a sound sleep. yeah!

@Mark Van vliet thanks Nark for explaining so well. I still can't really follow the pain to unstuck it. But I keep trying . Im learning how to visualize. . Im learning to scream cry feel. ( before meeting Amanda i had just had a session where I cried for the first time in two years. None of us are experts. We just keep recognizing what's what

@Mark Van vliet I appreciate you. Im not sure why I struggle so much with these concepts of sitting with the pain until I find the emotion . Finding safety helps snd having more compassion for myself right now is where im working and when I csn figure out the issues around a clogged throat I can do more intense bresyh. Right now I am a work in progress

So i finally found stool on my computer I literally can't read small print on my phone but the sound is messed up on computer so anything to listen to with have to be by phone. Techically challenged here myself

My win today was catching my wording as words have power. I was going to phrase something negatively or wirh a I hope so and then said , it will be this way it'll be perfect in every way. I will heal there
