raising awareness and elevating priorities as necessary and appropriately
I have found this site to be extremely helpful, disregard the word (diabetic as it is irrelevant because we all breath).....I heard this being said somewhere in my travels, "nothing else matters if you can't breath"....https://thebreathingdiabetic.com/blog/nasal-breathing-brain-relaxed-creative-act

Information for sharing only always check with your health care provider. I am unsure of exactly what causes the mucus....I would get that too once in a while...spent a great deal of effort to improve my gut health, cut out as much processed foods as possible, read the labels and take the products that have less added sugars, in place I prefer to have more whole foods, self prepared. Time restricted eating as well as intermittent fasting... 5 days a week time restricted eating to an 8 hour window. A 24 hour fast once a week which gets to be 48 hour fast once a quarter and a 72 hour fast twice a year....I also try to get some fermented foods in there...Women need to fast per their cycle....consult https://youtu.be/MkKWScdG2_I?si=tSmdHt6e4mI3kOKZ when I get congestion in my lungs the goto is fermented garlic , one clove a day here is the recipe...https://homesteadandchill.com/fermented-garlic-honey-recipe/ and it is important to use at least half of the honey as pure unpasteurized/ not heated (heating destroys the enzymes in the honey that give it its goodness) honey. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Honest-Raw-Honey-22oz-by-Desert-Creek/113432701

I don't really drink very many sodas....last night I had two and woke up this morning feeling very congested...could dehydration be contributing factor to the mucus build up? "Does Carbonated Soda Pop and Mucus The relationship between carbonated soda pop and mucus is complex. While some individuals may experience increased mucus production after consuming soda, this is often due to the beverage's physical properties rather than a direct increase in respiratory secretion. The carbonation and acidity of soda can irritate the throat and esophagus, leading to a temporary sensation of congestion or phlegm. However, the most likely connection is related to the fluid's consistency, which can become thicker and more viscous when the body is dehydrated. biologyinsights.com It is important to note that while carbonated drinks may not directly break up mucus, they can contribute to dehydration, which can thicken mucus. Therefore, maintaining proper hydration is crucial for managing mucus production.
The Law of Polarity (and how it relates to what you're creating)
This is the latest you tube video where I discuss the above. How black and white thinking creates constriction and moving to more expansive state https://youtu.be/qHhh3S_gdwk

I enjoyed the video presentation, thank you.

I was inspired, Janks for sharing, Janet, to have personal best/not quite a win, too: last night, through the night, I experienced a huge shift internally, as the result of doing a great deal of internal work recently and a sudden trigger.....I was able to feel, in my body where the pains were.....when they move around like that I know I am not stuck.....I used breathing techniques...I simply noticed and felt the pains and avoided the negative feed back loops....only the positive feedback loops. the negative ones do not always serve me very well.....felt the pains, acknowledged same, noticed the thoughts separated the thoughts from the emotions, felt the emotions and found the positive learnings and kept moving forward and got back to a sound sleep. yeah!

Amanda, myself, and others in the group can help you (encourage inner work and healing for where you are on your path) by telling you how we got clarity as we travel along our paths....only you will be able to know what clarity feels like on your path. Only you know what your tears really mean. Societally, families, and in relationships it can often be unsafe to cry......opinion of estimate.....something shifted inside you (you became aware of something) that allowed a release/a shift and movement along your path....a cry can be seen as a sign of growth....it is unfair to you, to compare your shift on your path to anyone else's shift on their path.......How does one eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Thank you for sharing your story....it is encouraging to hear that you feel that there is some progression.

The short answer is that we all need to get to a place where we can feel inside ourselves that it is ok to just "be". I liked chapter 12 of Jordan Petersons book and the tool he provided ("shorten your time frame", and to do that all one needs in those moments is our breath, it is ok if nothing comes up; as that is an opportunity to ask yourself a simple question..."what are you trying to tell me?" and you may not get an immediate answer to the question and that is ok too....all of this confirms exactly what Amanda teaches and I do not want to usurp her...so think of this reply as confirmation and support for Amanda program and simply same said in a different way...sometimes humans need to hear the same lesson in different examples and ways) also....Lesson 12 in jordan's book, I also actually figured out on my own....it is just validating to hear a Phd Psychologist and clinical practitioner explain it...I attach links to 4 and 5 minute clips... Jordan get a little emotional and passionate in the second video. https://youtu.be/0f0dCGzZU-Y?si=F3sZk809wEFjm1SG https://youtu.be/3EGIlQyEwvE?si=o5Uwu7oWStpKaGdo

#4 Embodiment / Emotional Processing
This is where the work becomes real. Instead of thinking your way through life, you begin learning how to feel, process, and move energy through the body. This is what allows patterns to actually shift instead of repeating.

This is one of the videos I listened to just before I shifted...https://youtu.be/64dBPpx9ucI?si=_Qakcqif0BF9APdC I did not have to do the 3 to 5 minutes of shaking to get some results .....maybe a half a minute or so...when I went outside to smoke a cigarette....then back to bed....I also do other poly vagal toning exercises.....stuff....and this is another tape below, I received this second one when I did EMDR in the mid 1990s, and I would recommend pursuing the EMDR with a trained professional...as there is more to it than simply doing EMDR or listening to the tape (this last time I listened to the tape I heard stuff I never heard before deep within my head.....both videos are in the public domain.....ps there is a Part 2 also...here is part 1....https://youtu.be/skHrhbmBR6g?si=ScThE8TtjzyuEy-O
