I was inspired, Janks for sharing, Janet, to have personal best/not quite a win, too: last night, through the night, I experienced a huge shift internally, as the result of doing a great deal of internal work recently and a sudden trigger.....I was able to feel, in my body where the pains were.....when they move around like that I know I am not stuck.....I used breathing techniques...I simply noticed and felt the pains and avoided the negative feed back loops....only the positive feedback loops. the negative ones do not always serve me very well.....felt the pains, acknowledged same, noticed the thoughts separated the thoughts from the emotions, felt the emotions and found the positive learnings and kept moving forward and got back to a sound sleep. yeah!
