@Ruth Levesque Yes, I write about what I do. But more accurately, I write about how my method has helped me heal and grow. How I am able to be in the world differently now that I have worked on recovering from burnout. Also, how I recognized burnout in the first place. I also write about the things that arrive in midlife whether we are ready or not! Like relationships with our children when they are adults, aging parents, health scares, feeling unfulfilled in our work. Stuff like that.
