🎉 TODAY IS THE DAY! 🎉
You made it to DAY 21! 🙌🏽🔥 Congratulations! You stayed engaged, showed up, did the work, and completed the 21-Day Emotional Reset! That is something to celebrate. 👏🏽 Over these 21 days, you didn't just learn new information—you created new pathways in your brain through awareness, practice, and intentional responses. 🧠✨ But here's the exciting part: this is not the finish line. It's the beginning of your new way of thinking and responding. 🚨 HERE'S WHAT'S NEXT: 📧 Watch your email this week! You will receive your Post-Assessment Quiz. Please complete it as soon as you receive it. Once you complete it, you'll receive your detailed Personalized Transformation Report, showing what you've learned, how you've grown, and the response patterns you've strengthened. 🗣️ NOW, TAKE IT OUTSIDE THE GROUP! Think about one thing you've learned during these 21 days that has made a difference for you—and share it with a friend. Then take it one step further: 👉🏽 Ask that person to hold you accountable as you continue practicing this new way of thinking and responding. Transformation becomes lasting when we practice it beyond the program. And before we close out this chapter, I'd LOVE to hear from you! ❤️ 👇🏽 Drop a comment and tell us: What is your biggest takeaway from the 21-Day Emotional Reset? What changed for you? What are you taking with you moving forward? Thank you for showing up, engaging, sharing, and trusting the process. I'm so proud of you! 🎉 Keep practicing. Keep pausing. Keep choosing. Keep responding differently. I hope to work with ALL of you again in the near future! 💛 You didn't just complete 21 days. You started creating a new response. 🔥 FINISH STRONG. AND KEEP GOING! 🔥

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 My biggest take away: I’m not alone with how I’m feeling or how I used to choose to deal with situation’s. What changed for me: I’ve learned that situations you encounter can only get better or worse due to how you choose to respond. (For example: sometimes I would replay situations in my head however I chose to react to them and I would create extra emotions to feel after the situation was over) if that makes sense. By having a renewed mind and not acting off of emotions I no longer have to carry unnecessary baggage or be stuck imagining how things could’ve, would’ve or should’ve went lol What am I taking with me: Definitely going to take the steps that I’ve learned and re-teach my children. A lot of my ways were passed down and by taking personal accountability I can correct old behaviors with renewed behaviors for my girls and family/friends. My favorite thing is I’m no longer explaining myself!!! I feel like me being bold I would explain myself so I wouldn’t come off as bold but that was definitely a form of people pleasing and I’m done with that. Thank you so much @Amanda Hill and to all the members by showing vulnerability in the comments and just being open and honest. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
🤫 SILENT SCOREKEEPER — WEEK 3: BECOME EMOTIONALLY CLEAR
You made it to Week 3! 🎉 Take a moment to celebrate that. You've spent the first two weeks learning to notice what you've been suppressing and beginning to process what you've been storing. Now it's time to take the next step: Identity Reinforcement Your Week 3 focus is: Become Emotionally Clear. As a Silent Scorekeeper, your goal isn't to become louder, more confrontational, or reactive. Your guide is very clear: You are not trying to become reactive. You are building a new identity: Calm and Clear. This week, practice one intentional expression each day. It doesn't have to be a huge conversation. It can be something simple: “My feelings are valid.” “Expression strengthens connection.” “I can be honest and still be safe.” You might say: “That actually bothered me.” “I need a minute.” “I don't agree.” The goal is to begin choosing clarity over suppression. At night, ask yourself: “Where did I choose clarity over suppression?” Remember, your strength is your composure, thoughtfulness, patience, and stability. This week you're learning that expression does not equal escalation and that you can communicate what you feel calmly and clearly. 🔥 Finish Strong You've already done the hard work of looking inward. Now practice letting what's happening inside of you have a healthy voice. You don't have to say everything. You don't have to explain everything. You don't have to confront everyone. Just practice one intentional expression a day. Calm. Clear. Honest. You've made it to Week 3. Finish strong, Silent Scorekeeper! 💛

Thanks @Jonetta Ervine I definitely feel the start of this week has been busy at work so I don’t even have time to explain if anything did happen lol

I’ve been practicing taking a pause and praying while at work if I feel that overwhelming feeling kick in and that helps soooo much
Week 2: What belief did I discover underneath my trigger?
I noticed that I could be triggered even if it has “Nothing” to do with me. I consider myself a fair person, so when I witness something going left I insert myself to speak up or defend the situation or parties involved in the situation. I always felt I had to save people even if they wouldn’t do it for me.

I’ve learned to sit back and only intervene if it’s absolutely necessary. However, I’ll be left feeling/making up “what if scenarios” For example: oh if I would’ve said something that wouldn’t have happened or I need to warn them.
