✋🏼 DON'T add more stuff to fix a broken model.
Most coaches and consultants trying to get past $30K months are doing the same thing. More offers. More content. More team. More tools. More Ai. More everything. The problem with this is more doesn't create more revenue. It creates more chaos. Your margins collapse because you're paying for complexity you don't need. Your time disappears because every new thing requires your brain to function. And growth ... the thing you wanted ... well that starts to feel like punishment. I know because I lived it. Kept hiring people thinking that would fix things. Kept throwing more money at ads thinking more leads solves everything, right? ... It doesn't. I eventually let go of my entire team. Because I'd built something too complex for anyone, including me ... to run. The freedom I built the whole thing for? Gone. So I burned it down (again) and rebuilt it simple.... and from the simplicity and clarity within 16 weeks I went from $0 to $50k per month. Simplicity continues to be my teacher. And I have learned this time and time again after working with more than 1000 coaches and consultants, helping more than 100 of them hit $10k months, 20+ hit $50k months and 3 hit $100k months. and now through all of that I think I may have finally learned ... Simplify everything down to one system. For me that is the Skool Engine. One traffic source. One core offer and One system that generates ... leads every day, customers every week, and clients every month. That's it. And when the machine is simple, it's resilient. It compounds. Now check this.... 2 weeks ago Instagram disabled my account. Completely gone. That was my primary traffic source. I'm not sweating it. Why? Because The Skool Engine isn't dependent on any single platform. The system lives on. I Will just plug in a new traffic source and keep on moving. Try doing that when your business is duct-taped across 7 platforms, 4 funnels and a bunch of sloppy tech. And this is how to build a business that funds your life instead of completely consuming it.

@Stephanie Davis something I feel I need to do too!
Easter.
This day means something different to me than it used to. Growing up I went to church (even played guitar in the worship band) and loved Easter services Loved the energy. The music. The community. Something about it felt so right. But there were also parts of it that felt so wrong. And my pastor at the time had some really bad answers to my questions. So I left my church and spent most of my 20s searching and studying. The Dao Te Ching. The Bhagavad Gita. The Quran. Plant medicine Breathwork Personal development Anything I could get my hands on to help me understand myself, life and death. All beautiful. All containing truth. All ultimately bringing me closer to God and understanding myself. But there has been one text that has had the most profound impact on me... It's called A Course in Miracles and I've Been studying it for 20 years now alongside the Bible. And there are certain distinctions in ACIM about Jesus and the bible that just make sense to me. For example. Most of Easter focuses on the crucifixion ... how Jesus suffering, sacrificing and ultimately dying on the cross for our sins is why and how we are saved. ACIM says it's the resurrection that illuminates WHY we are saved. An emphasis on the resurrection over the crucifixion. This distinction might seem small Or obvious because without the resurrection the whole Jesus story falls apart But to me... One says death saved me. The other says death isn't real. One interpretation keeps me in fear. The other is the foundation of my inner peace. The very first line of A Course in Miracles says: "Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God." I don't know which one is "right" I'm not a theologian. I only know which one brings me closer to feeling Gods presence in my life And what I've come to believe... for me anyways... is that Jesus wasn't the exception. He was the model. The guide. The one. The demonstration of what's possible when we fully surrender to God.
Easter.

Lost My IG Account last week (25k Followers & Pixel data)... Thank God (or Sam) for Skool
I wish this was an April Fools post. But my IG account has legit been removed without warning or reason. And today feeling relatively unphased by it because of something I did 5 years ago :) ** and yes I am in the process of getting my accounts back and feel confident that I will ... but who knows with Meta **

Love that you are looking for the opportunity! It's definitely there✨️🧚
Day 6: I think I accidentally built the best AI writing tool on the internet.
That's a wild thing to say. Probably irresponsible. My lawyer would hate it. (I don't have a lawyer. But if I did... disappointed.) But I've been sitting here using this thing all morning and I keep making this face like... you know when you bite into food that's way better than it should be? Like a gas station corndog that somehow slaps? That's where I'm at right now. Confused. Impressed. Slightly concerned. Okay let me back up. I just dropped two new AI agents inside my VIP Community. The Daily Creator (short-form content) and The Daily Emailer (emails). And I know what you're thinking. "Cool, Dan. Another AI content tool. Can't wait to generate 37 posts about authenticity and morning routines that sound like they were written by a microwave." No. I hate that stuff. You hate that stuff. We all hate that stuff. That stuff is why "AI content" has the same energy as "I do my own taxes." Functional. Joyless. And everyone can tell. These agents are different because they don't try to think FOR you. They think WITH you. Like... you sit down with it and it's more of a conversation than a tool. It asks you questions. You riff. You throw a half-baked idea at it and it goes "okay cool, what if we shaped it like this" using one of 30+ proven frameworks and 200+ tested hooks that are already loaded in. And then something comes out the other end that sounds like... You. Not AI-you. Not "I asked ChatGPT to write like me and now I sound like a TED talk had a stroke"-you. Actual you. I used The Daily Emailer this morning and read the output back and genuinely couldn't tell where my brain ended and it began. Which is either the coolest thing that's ever happened to me or the beginning of a Black Mirror episode. I'll keep you posted. The point is .. this isn't a "hand over your brain so you never have to think again" tool. It's the opposite. YOUR weird ideas. YOUR stories. YOUR voice. YOUR perspective. The agent just helps you take all of that and shape it into something that hits...
