Store Policy
Hello any one who can help me here. I am on the last video in store setup and I can not find my Store Policy Page. Does every store have one or am I to make one up. The teacher does not go into how to make one up if I do not have one located on my store. Which begs the question I have yet to see a section on how to correct an error while typing. I have already made one huge error and I had to start over

@Sandra Baier At this point, they really need to assign one person to handle your case directly instead of moving you between different teams. Since you already sent proof of the charges, hopefully they can now properly review the account history and work on either fixing the billing issue or processing the refund for you.

I am looking in the site for the VIP meeting replay videos and I can not seem to find where on this site they are found. Does anyone know when to go for them?

@Sandra Baier Three weeks is honestly a long time to wait 😕 While they’re sorting it out, you could still use the time to learn the basics of product research, store setup, and listings so you’re more prepared once everything is finally fixed.

While you’re waiting for them to sort everything out, you could still start learning some of the basics step by step so you don’t feel completely stuck behind. What part has been the most confusing for you so far?
Introduction to Store Setup
I have a question regarding editing in this particular module. Were shown to make the description shorter. When he does that he eliminated part of the description that says the type of material the outfit is made of plus the wash instructions. Should that not be kept in the product description so the client will know what kind of material it is.?.

Yes, I personally think material details and wash instructions are important to keep, especially for clothing. Shortening the description is good for readability, but customers still want to know what the item is made of and how to care for it before buying.
