I’m really interested in the mind side of things, like how to perform better during workouts, and how to teach my brain while i sleep. I’d love to learn how to run or lift more efficiently, and tips on prepping the body and mind before a big fitness event. Lately, I’ve also been trying to manage my energy and stay focused, so learning how to keep the mind sharp and avoid burnout would be super helpful. And on a personal note, I’d love to work on building more confidence with public speaking, ways to stay calm, grounded, and expressive.
