2 week momentum challenge
Hey everyone, my name is Jane My goal is to lose 5 lbs in the next 14 days, but more than that, I’m done starting over. I joined because I’ve been feeling like my weight is back and I’m ready to stop overthinking and actually follow through. I want structure, accountability, and to prove to myself that I can stay consistent even when I don’t feel like it. My meal guide is from MyFitnessPal I paid for the premium so it’s given me simple meals and custom foods that I enjoy. Most of it is sandwiches and pasta and meat plates. My start time will be tonight 3/22 @9pm I’ll weight in My workouts will be daily at 6:30pm I like evenings. But will incorporate walking during lunch and before work to get in those 8-10k steps.
