Water intake and urinating frequency
Hi Doug, i just listened to the 6 pillars of health video on the masterclass series. I have a question about water intake and recommended amount of times a person should urinate in a day. The natural hygienist recommend drinking at least a gallon of distilled water per day, so after doing 80-10-10 without much additional water (following your example and guidance) for 10.5 months, i decided to experiment with the 1 gallon/day of distilled water approach as of the last 2 weeks (partially to see if it would make a difference with the hypoglycemic events). Obviously, though, one urinates much more frequently than 15 times/day. In this context, is it still too often? Or is the 15 times/day only relevant to those not drinking much supplemental water? I guess another way to ask this question would be am I leaching minerals if I urinate more than 15 x/day on a high water diet and high water intake lifestyle? Another question could be: should I urinate less than 15 times/day even with increased water intake? And finally, is it BAD (or any strong reasons why) I shouldn't be drinking that much? I think i feel overall better doing this, but not sure yet on impact on the hypoglycemic events.
