I know we all TRY to meditate! I want to challenge those here to actually do it! Beginning on March 1, check in here and post that you spent a minimum of 10 minutes of meditation each day. Do 30 days of consecutive meditation posts, And be rewarded with fabulous prizes mailed to you. Most of you know I’m a jewelry & crystal & stone fanatic! What are some of the things you do to call in Spirit besides sitting in the power? Do you have rituals or other things you believe help?

No aids or rituals. I go in RAW! 🤭 I thought about trying some things to see if it makes a difference. Any suggestions?

@Katie Starnes I’m new to this. Is the next cycle called “retroshade”? Is it similar to retrograde? I have no clue where I read that.

Oh crap! Found it. A warning: The post-shadow phase, which will be in the zodiac sign Pisces, may be more confusing and erratic than the actual retrograde.
