Every week I want to call out who's actually putting in the work in here. Points and levels are just the scoreboard, what matters is what people did with their week. Here's who showed up. 1. @Georgette Neidam - Led the room this week working her Raleigh buy box with her husband Terry, the same one she's now sharing with other members. 2. @Audrey Pray - Also showed up here this week on top of her work in the main room, picking up the #2 spot. 3. @Jane Howard - Took her guest seat, sat through a full hour of Tuesday's call, and jumped straight into the room's threads. 4. @Aldo Chandra - Stayed active across the room's threads all week. 5. @Raven Conte - Also active here this week while picking up a new lead to work. 6. @Rory Burkhart - Took the sign-up ask after Tuesday's call and kept showing up since. 7. @Abdullah Aftab - Picked up the phone and called three real sellers this week, one of them stayed on the line and talked through his numbers, after weeks of only pulling lists. 8. @Kimberly Lyas - Stayed active in the room's threads this week. 9. @Carlos Hill - Stayed active in the room's threads this week. 10. @Rebecca Walker - Got an offer in front of an agent this week and is waiting to hear back, while asking the room for help finding cash buyers. If you want to see your name here next Monday, it's simple. Work a real lead, ask a real question, or help somebody else out in here. That's what gets noticed.

Hi all!! I’m in Charlotte NC. Found my cash buyers on FB and talked to them personally and they are anxiously waiting for my deal. I’m using Propstream to find distressed owners within 10 miles of Charlotte and have reached out to at least 50 so far with no response. I know I need 100 to possible 1 deal but no one is contacting me back. It’s like finding a needle in a haystack!
