How I’m using AI for guerrilla Marketing this week!
1. Choose your prospect target based on asset type, ownership and location. 2. Export a report from Costar with sales of that asset over the last 12 months with trend report and contact list 3. Upload the pdf into ChatGpt and ask it to analyze the report to help you understand market trends in the last 12 months. Ask “Who is a prime target to sell this year? Who should I call? What are some trends leading to sales of this asset type?” EtC 4. Finally, ask it to build you a prospecting goal, list and script for the week for who to reach out to! Go kill it.

This is great! I'd like to see how this could be done in CREXI report is pulled as a excel sheet with tabs...Need to be more chatgpt savvy. Also, would this kind of ask even work on free version?

I have been in CRE for a short 4 years, but a business consultant 6 years. I work retail, office (tenant/landlord rep or buyer mostly right now) and dabble in others as I'm in a tertiary market and am building a division as Director of Commercial for KW Elite in Bonita. I am recruiting so if you're looking to move or know someone let me know. I entered the role of South Florida Regional Ambassador roll in January 2024 and that has opened doors to connect in KWC more than ever - which I have loved. In consulting - I work in the shared office space industry - Ops and tech. Main client currently is a franchise brand. Coworking/flex office is a great opportunity for office spaces. I am looking forward to growing my relationships in the industry and learning from other agents. I am working to build a group right now too. My why - legacy/retirement and building others.
