I've had an order come through for a 28x40 inch poster from the US. So this costs £25 to make and send. After all costs, I'm only left with £10 profit. My US prices are £3 more than the UK prices. I'm wondering what everyone else does. Would you individually increase the price for these specific sizes or keep the general few quid above the UK price. My worry would then be that nobody would want to buy it, if I increased the price for the sake of more profit. Would love to know people's thoughts! Thanks

How are you guys handling the new Germany packaging regulations? Or are you not? I just started trying to register and have decided it is WAY too much for a small business like mine. So I think that means Germany is a no-go for my business. Has anyone got further than me in looking into this?

Could someone help me? Do I need to set up different shipping profiles for costs, or is it enough just to have the store linked to PrintShimps? I hope that makes sense.

I figured I should introduce myself as I started posting and asking for help up here. I'm in my final "career" mode as I officially turn 60 in December. In my lifetime I started as a classically trained musician, then went on the road with a Top 40 / Rock band. Ended up in Los Angeles and became a recording engineer. Then went to work for CBS Television City, and eventually to Sony Playstation where I became a director and traveled to Europe and Japan with our dev teams making games. Then came layoffs, and since I had been teaching myself website development coding (php,css,html) I launched that business. I quickly realized I hated having clients, so I started over again as a book publisher making journals & coloring books and selling on Amazon. I've done that for almost a decade, and it's been great for the royalties but I wanted to do something different. And honestly, my retirement basket is pretty much empty, lol. During my research for print on demand, I found PS - and here I am with you all. I started reading and watching the videos and quickly discovered what a special product this is and how cool the community is. So that's me - my first "job" was 1984, and as a hard core trekkie I have to use the line... "it's been a long road, getting from there to here" 🖖

I'm looking at the template in the Bulk Lister, and wondering if there is a way to control the order of my size variations as they show up in the drop download list? Since I'm primarily US based, I wanted to have those options at the top, and the A sizes at the bottom. I tried the custom instead of easy, and while I could remove the sizes I'm not offering I could not see anything to order the options. Am I missing something right in front of my face? (altogether likely, lol)
