Avatar - Not sure if I'm supposed to post this here?
My avatar: A first-year mortgage broker he’s in his mid 20's, just got licensed, and left a steady job because he was sold on the idea of unlimited income and freedom. Right now, he’s working from his kitchen table, grinding every day but not seeing results. He’s posted on social media, cold messaged realtors, gone to a few networking events—but nothing is sticking. His savings are starting to dip, and he’s feeling the pressure to prove to himself (and the people around him) that he didn’t make a mistake getting into this. The problem they already want solved: He’s actively trying to figure out how to get realtors or other referral sources to take him seriously, how to start conversations that actually lead somewhere, and how to stop getting ignored or brushed off. He doesn’t feel like he has a real system—just random effort that isn’t turning into applications. He wants consistent deal flow and not have to worry about if and when his next deal will come. Why solving it matters to them: If he figures this out, everything changes. He gets confidence back, money starts coming in, and he finally feels like a ‘real’ broker instead of someone pretending. He can relax knowing there are deals in the pipeline and not wake up stressed every day wondering where the next client is coming from. But right now, every day without deals feels heavy. It’s not just lost income—it’s doubt creeping in, second-guessing his decision, and the fear that he might have to quit and go back to a job he didn’t want in the first place.

📈 DAY 1: Avatar & Problem
Everything this week is downstream of today. If the person and the problem aren't clear, the offer comes out vague, the outreach comes out generic, and the content doesn't land. So we get this right first. A real working version beats a perfect one you never finish. Today's tasks - ✅ Watch the Day 1 training - ✅ Work through the three questions in the Day 1 guide - ✅ Post your avatar and problem below Your post template 1. My avatar: [a specific person you could point to in a room. Their situation, their stage, what's true about their life right now] 2. The problem they already want solved: [one they're already trying to fix and would describe in their own words] 3. Why solving it matters to them: [what changes when it's gone, and what it costs them every day it isn't] Points: 5 for watching the training, 10 for posting below. 15 for the day. You'll get feedback and you can revise. Just get a real version on paper today so we build on it tomorrow.

Accountability Tracker
In the video it says each Monday there will be a thread for the Accountability Tracker. I'm just starting today but don't see the accountability tracker. Will I only see it once I've completed my first week? Also where do I post my avatar answers?
