If you've used Injectable L-Carnitine, you know that it can be a bit painful at the injection site! L-Carnitine is THICK! There's one trick that I've noticed helps quite a bit: Pull the L-Carnitine into the syringe. Fold it into a heating pad like a hot dog. Turn the heating pad on (even on low) and let it sit for 5-10 minutes and warm up. It gets MUCH less thick and is way more tolerable. Think about it like peanut butter. It's thick, but once you warm it up you can make a nice little drizzle with it.
