Don’t wait. Post it. Even if it sucks. Who cares!
Morning fam, Got this question on IG yesterday.. "Waiting to get more content so I can start posting." We get this. We used to do this all the time. I was the master negotiator. Not with anyone but with myself. I use to close myself all day everyday. 100% close rate. The best salesman around haha "I'll wait til this is ready." "I think I can record this better." "I can edit this better." In other words, what I was really telling myself was "I'm too scared people won't like it or it won't get views. Or even worse, people will judge this." What really changed it for us (and we use this til this day) The pain of not giving our family the life they deserve outweighs the pain of “no views” or “criticism from others”. All it takes is small honest efforts everyday. Regardless of views or criticism. You're one post away from finding people who will buy your service. You're one post away from bringing someone new into your community. Now imagine compounding that everyday for weeks, months, years... Trust us, we all have this voice in our head. We still get it to this day. Post it. Figure it out as you go. Just get started. That getting started will force you to figure it out. The content you're sitting on right now? Someone needs to see it. What questions are you sitting on? What's stopping you from posting your content? Drop it below. We got you USO’s!

@Gideon Uelese yeah, I get views on the shorts and try to get those viewers over to the main videos, but the youth of today have no attention span beyond a minute, so I cant seem to get the traction on the main stuff.
Understanding Range as a Pad Holder! (Q&A)
Understanding Range as a Pad Holder Most trainers get range completely wrong. Here's why: Problem 1: They don't understand range themselves If this is you, hit up our live coaching section and go through the fundamentals first. Problem 2: Range clash Trainer works off their range. Client works off their range. Now you're both pushing forward and everything gets cramped. The Solution: YOU are the range. Use your body as the range reference. Force your client to work off YOU. Client reaching? Don't push pads forward. Tell them: "Step forward with your jab." Client too close? Tell them: "Step back. Get your range right." They work around you. You dictate range. When you move forward - they create space. When you move back - they close distance. Use yourself as the range finder. They adjust to you. That's how they learn distance control, one of the most important things in boxing. Hope that helps.

I had a guy come to me who was preparing for a fight and wanted some pad work to.sharpen up. I asked him for a left body shot and he said, "but you're too far away" I said to him, "well move your damn feet the, what you gonna do in the fight, ask your opponent to come closer so you can hit them?!?!" He never came back again, went and did pad work with some other coach and lost his fight. Sometimes, they dont like to hear the truth!!
Need your feedback! (Please 😁)
What’s the biggest thing you struggle with as a pad holder? We filming this week so would love to help as many of you as we can. Please let us know! Other trainers will be wanting to ask the same but won’t so share what your biggest struggle as a pad holder.

Yeah, I'm using paddles more and more but you always get those clients who just wanna SMASH the pads haha. My latest air pads have been great, quite possible the best I've ever had, they're a kind of hybrid pad. Just years of wear and tear starting to take its toll too.
Iron Isa!!
This is my youngest client, little Iron Isa. He's been coming for 6 weeks now and is already showing some ability 🥊🤜👊🤛💪
