Team, I'm honored to announce that @Darren Bailey of Physiology First Riverina will be leading a new mentorship program together. Operation Evolution: The Physiology First Mentorship We're going to try this with the upcoming Spring Level One Cohort as a way to intensify the movement🔥 We are looking for the world's best entrepreneurs and most passionate thought leaders to blaze a new path to health and human potential. When I say this, I mean every word of it. I don't speak hyperbolically to pump people up. I'm looking for ass kickers, disruptors, innovators, and leaders-it's the only reason I'm online at all. We are in the middle of a full on sprint in Manchester🇬🇧 We're building some of the most innovative health programs in the world, including our DNA based pilot program for schools, our women's health program, and our teen program which is bringing back it's entrepreneurially focused "21st Century Skills" component this Spring. I've met some incredible people by starting this program. I've also met people who got excited for all of 2 weeks before realizing this is REALlY hard work, and disappearing. Changing a culture is hard. It requires showing up when no one is applauding, when no one understands how much our kids and communities are starving for mentorship and infrastructure, and when all of the hobbyists have moved along. If we're going to change the culture within our own organization and bring together the kind of people capable of sticking with something long enough for it to work, getting out of their comfort zone, and making a new approach to health and education possible we need to iterate, adapt, and evolve constantly. We're trying the small group mentorship model with a group of 4 of our latest enrollees. If it proves as valuable as I hope it will we may make the mentorship a starting point for all new team members. This latest adaptation will be a focused call for relentless entrepreneurs and fearless leaders who are obsessed with solving the problem of declining health in our communities.
