🪄 A Simple Trick to Make Your Solos Sound More MUSICAL
Hey guitar guys and gals 👋 Quick question… Do your solos feel more like “notes” than actual music? That’s something a LOT of players run into. But here’s the truth: More notes ≠ better solos ❌ More FEEL = better solos ✅ This lesson shows how to start making your solos sound more musical: 👉 https://youtu.be/1NkfWE9W9XI If you check it out, I’d love to hear your takeaway 👍 And if you want help working on this directly: 👉 https://link.guitarzoom.com/gza

Very helpful to see how adding a note ( (2nd or 9th) to the minor pentatonic can make it more melodic. Your examples of how to incorporate it are key. For example, I am becoming familiar with the Mixolydian major scale but struggle to incorporate any “ go to” moves when trying to incorporate it into an improvised solo. Any help or suggestions you might give to that application would be also be appreciated. Thanks, Steve. James Lynn James Lynn
