14/90 Zero Limits: Delay to Decision and Negotiating Fear
🔥🔥 Welcome to Day 14/90-day Zero Limit Sprint. I am really excited at the feedback I got on this morning's call. Whew, it was, um, just so much of a insight into how much people are actually getting from this sprint. So thank you to everybody on the call this morning. Really appreciate you all being there and sharing what you shared. And today, we're going to be talking about, from delay to decision. And identifying where you're still negotiating fear. And we did talk about this a little bit on the call this morning. Unfortunately, I had a lot of technical issues this morning, and I just could not record. My laptop actually shut down about a minute before I was supposed to be on the Zoom call, so it was really… I was rushing to get there, and…then it just wouldn't record, so…it does pay to be on these calls. It's 2 weeks in a row. For some reason we have not been able to record. So, take that on board, and to get the most out of these calls, honestly, it's so much better on the real-time call. Today's called Truth, I want to talk about a little and going to be around how fear survives in negotiation. It dissolves in decision, Where later is actually fear. And how to spot subtle self-betrayal ending and ending the pattern to hesitation? Because "fear doesn't survive in panic, it…sounds reasonable, measured, and adult." "I'll decide later." "Just one more check. When things feel calmer." If I had waited till things felt calmer for this morning's call, I would barely be getting on it now. So, it just doesn't work. We still have to move forward. Find solutions, and just…find a way to move forward. And also, the truth is that your nervous system knows later is rarely timing. We said that this morning, that we all have 24 hours in the day. It's what you prioritise. Nobody has more time. It's how you manage it, it's how you direct the tasks that you have to do each day, And later is also about fear, wearing an outfit called Logic. And every time you negotiate, instead of deciding, your body just stays in an unresolved kind of loop, and it never relaxes, because nothing has been closed
