***WINTER STORM***
JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT WE HAVE NOT FORSAKEN OUR SPOT! WE WAS CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINTER STORM THAT HIT JAN 23. WE JUST RECEIVED POWER BUT STILL NO PHONE OR INTERNET SERVICE AND SAYING IT MAY BE WEEKS. WE ARE VERY BLESSED. OUR HOME WAS NOT DAMAGED, BUT HAVE LOST A LOT OF TREES IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WE HAVE MANAGED TO STAY SAFE AND WARM. WE WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS SERVICE IS RESTORED.
14/90 Zero Limits: Delay to Decision and Negotiating Fear
🔥🔥 Welcome to Day 14/90-day Zero Limit Sprint. I am really excited at the feedback I got on this morning's call. Whew, it was, um, just so much of a insight into how much people are actually getting from this sprint. So thank you to everybody on the call this morning. Really appreciate you all being there and sharing what you shared. And today, we're going to be talking about, from delay to decision. And identifying where you're still negotiating fear. And we did talk about this a little bit on the call this morning. Unfortunately, I had a lot of technical issues this morning, and I just could not record. My laptop actually shut down about a minute before I was supposed to be on the Zoom call, so it was really… I was rushing to get there, and…then it just wouldn't record, so…it does pay to be on these calls. It's 2 weeks in a row. For some reason we have not been able to record. So, take that on board, and to get the most out of these calls, honestly, it's so much better on the real-time call. Today's called Truth, I want to talk about a little and going to be around how fear survives in negotiation. It dissolves in decision, Where later is actually fear. And how to spot subtle self-betrayal ending and ending the pattern to hesitation? Because "fear doesn't survive in panic, it…sounds reasonable, measured, and adult." "I'll decide later." "Just one more check. When things feel calmer." If I had waited till things felt calmer for this morning's call, I would barely be getting on it now. So, it just doesn't work. We still have to move forward. Find solutions, and just…find a way to move forward. And also, the truth is that your nervous system knows later is rarely timing. We said that this morning, that we all have 24 hours in the day. It's what you prioritise. Nobody has more time. It's how you manage it, it's how you direct the tasks that you have to do each day, And later is also about fear, wearing an outfit called Logic. And every time you negotiate, instead of deciding, your body just stays in an unresolved kind of loop, and it never relaxes, because nothing has been closed

This hit so deeply. It’s wild how ‘later’ can sound responsible when it’s really fear keeping us in an open loop. The moment we decide—even imperfectly—the body finally exhales and our energy comes back online. Today I’m choosing to close the gap between knowing and doing, because leadership grows every time we stop negotiating with hesitation. Thank you so much for this!

13/90 Zero Limits: Decision As Regulation Choosing Calms Your Nervous System
🔥🔥 Welcome Day 13/90 Day Zero Limit Sprint. Today, we are going to be talking about decision as regulation. And how choosing calms your nervous system. Today's core Truth is going to be around - choice stabilises the body, - why indecision keeps the nervous system on high alert, - and how decisions signal safety and authority. Here's the biology of commitment. Most people think decisions create pressure. But biologically, indecision is what keeps the nervous system on high alert. When you don't choose, your body stays in scan mode. Making sure everything around it is safe, you know? And in fact, asks. Am I safe? What if I get it wrong? What if I choose badly? Have you had those thoughts before? I'm sure you have. I know I have. And then that constant scanning is actually releasing stress hormones, not because danger is present. But because authority is missing, An indecision tells the nervous system no one is in charge. And when no one is in charge, the body braces, braces for that impact. And tension, you know, you become tight around the jaw. You might get tight across the chest, You notice your breathing's more shallow. And you have that mental fatigue. But here's what's quietly being stolen from you every day you delay. - You're calm, - Your clarity, and - Your embodied confidence. And it's because uncertainty without movement feels like threat to the nervous system. You know, red alert, threat, something is not going to work out. But the moment that you choose, even imperfectly, something powerful can happen. Choice sends a signal to the body, I'm here. I'm leading. We are safe enough to move forward. This is the biology of commitment. And decision collapses multiple stress timelines into one direction. And energy stops leaking. And the nervous system downshifts, not because of the outcome is guaranteed but because authority has been restored inside you. It's within. And here's the rewire for today. And that is, you don't need to choose perfectly, you need to choose presently. Decide quickly, adjust gently,

Day 13 hit so deeply — the way choice restores authority in your body is something I’m already feeling in real time. These past 13 days have been incredible, and the shift in calm, clarity, and confidence is undeniable. Thank you for guiding us with so much intention and helping us learn to trust ourselves again.
