Is there a company that note investors prefer? Which company is used by most note investors for their IRA's?

I just looked at the due diligence video on youtube that Bill McCafferty did,it was very well done. It gave me insights into the note business that I won't get until I invest and actually do it. That's what a thousand plus notes will do for you.

I talked to a friend about notes and the advantages over rentals and he wanted to know where the deal flow was in notes. I explained the community of fix notes and he wanted to know more. He owns a few apartment buildings and feels that this is the way to go. What would you tell him?

I'm looking to get started investing in notes by buying partials from an experienced note investor. Preferably in this group. I'm new and want to start by getting a steady cash flow. Anyone interested?
