I could do 47.5kg pullup. I changed gym because i moved for some time . I do pullups on smith machine bcz this gym doesnt have pullup bars❌️ now i cant even do 40kg with the same form as 47.5kg . Help Anybody ?
Guys i got stuck in 27.5kg pullup for 4.5reps I train two sets to faliure First set I do 27.5kg 4.5reps Second set 20kg 6.5r Do I need to lower the weight and do more reps or what,my sleep and nutrition is good What should I do.
Lower the weight and do 8 in first set and 2nd set ( with weight you can do 10 ) because doing only two sets and 4,6 reps is not volume for improving OR do more sets with less reps 4x4 ,5x5 (russian method)
