Do you have experiences with these training protocols? Do you use them in conjunction with MMA training? If so, how? Thank you

No, I don't know how it works. I use the same ideas as UFC PI regarding strength and conditioning. I think they do a really good job so I see no reason to use anything else. However, adjusts some based on individuals depending on the results of the physical tests.
physical performance in mma
Exciting studies from 2017 that included 29 competitors at high and low level in MMA. In the study, all competitors completed physical tests in the form of squats, SJ and bench press. The result showed significant differences between high and low level competitors. It was thus possible to distinguish between amateurs and professionals in MMA by just looking at their physical characteristics. What do you think? How important are physical attributes in MMA? https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27632577/

I did a study at the university in 2017 looking at distance management associated with knockouts in over 50 fights in the UFC using Dartfish. However, the English translation of the studies is not that good as it is written in Swedish. I link it below anyway. https://du.diva-portal.org/smash/record.jsf?pid=diva2%3A1124480&dswid=-2258

This data is from 2017 to 2019, likely no major changed in today's UFC. Striking at distance and standing wrestling takes the biggest part of today's UFC. However, there are some differences depending on the size of the cage they use per event. Smaller cage = more kos, more subs, more strikes per minute.
