Thank you for sharing this @Miguel Silva, I really liked the way he verbilized the idea of our experience to be a localization of infinite consciousness.
Any experience with microdosing 5meo?
Would be really intresting to hear if this is something someone have tried or knows some resources about.

@Lisa Silva It's true, it's a serious substance and it should not be taken lightly. Getting expert guide prior is important, so good there is a disclamer here. At the same time I'm looking forward to see if anyone have experience with microdosing 5meo.
Who realises there’s no self
If there’s no self, then who realises there’s no self?

Thank you @Martyn Townsend, you stated the reality of reality that simply made it click. The question “Who realises there’s no self” made Jakob imagine what it would be like to experience the world without him. It feels like I'm saying thank you to myself. Like the world has slightly imploded on itself. Like there is nothing to say. If there is no self, there is just consciousness that happens to experience looking out of a human's eyes even though everything in the consciousness is itself and no self. And thank @Lisa Silva, without your retreat this would not have happened. Gratitude.

The funniest thing is that Jakob’s body is not even my body, it’s just a body in my consciousnesses which I seem to be able to direct to eg. write this message.
Different type of Reactivation, maybe?
I just moved into a new apartment in Spain yesterday and this first night I have a dream. One of my childhood friends was saying something like "All that thinking, where will it lead to other than to more thinking?" We were starting to walk separate ways and he was almost teasing me about it. And it felt very real as I was walking away, and at the same time I wanted to double check if it was me imagining walking, or if I actually was walking. I then realize that it's me imagining walking and it was like the dream got washed away, I notice I'm in a bed but it's too dark to see anything. Then a pattern of a green mandala starts spinning at the specific point I'm looking, following wherever I would look, and I feel my chest/body starting to rise into the air like when we had the retreat. I start to smile and am curious as to what is about to happen next. Then because I'm curious I try to see if I can lift my hand and when I try to do it, it feels like my entire body is being shaken from side to side like a flickering screen tuning out. Then my hand was up and everything was back to normal. When I looked at the clock I had only slept 30 minutes. I was like, this was a really fun experience, could that be god in some kind of way trying to say something to me and after a few minutes I was a little worried if it would be more crazy if I continued to sleep in this new place. I have no clue what triggered it, what you would call it or if anyone else has experienced something like it. Do you or someone you know have any idea of how to make sense of it?

@Miguel Silva Thank you Miguel, it's true I was extremely open and curious to see where it would lead which could be why the green mandala appeared. I also think that maybe the reason it was shaking so much before it was back to normal was because I just need to see where it leads rather than see if I can interact with it. Is this kind of thing normal or do others also experience something like it? Because it was very different and smoother from the reactivities.
