Energy/healing experiences and recommendations
Wow, this morning's virtual cuppa was insightful 😎 We talked about experiences with energy healing/massage/chiro/biofield tuning/reiki/scalar thereapy (I had never heard of that last one). I promised to share some contacts of people I have had positive experiences with. If you have further recommendations please share in the comments! Theona Spurr Working Bodies | Woden ACT I saw Theona last week as recommended by my qigong teacher. She senses energy and does fascial tissue massage. She was AMAZING. I have had shoulder issues my whole life and she is the first person to be able to do something about it. She also helped me open my ribs and chest and breathe properly for the first time in my life! Jason Barritt Body Mind Empowerment Centre (Lyneham ACT) Extra Gentle Pain Relief Chiropractic in Canberra Jason is a bit odd but does amazing things. Gentle chiro with nervous system reset. He is very brusque and says weird shit but is really good. Have seen him and my kids also find him very helpful when nobody else could help. Soulibrium (Wollongong) Soulibrium Wellness Centre @Kristine Templeman said this was reallly good. They do scalar healing which is a frequency-based method of healing at DNA level.

Friday hi and weekend plans
What are you all up to this weekend to boost your mood? Tonight I have my monthly drum circle in Yass (if you are local - 6:30pm at the Yass Health Clinic - $25 and I supply all the drums etc.) Then tomorrow morning I am off to meet @Jo Shipley for some dancing at the Dragon Dreaming Fesitval in Wee Jasper! I have never been to it before (I have actually only been to one festival in my life, 2 years ago and it rained the whole time). I am volunteering on the vegie BBQ for 6 hours tomorrow night (to get free entry and help out the Wee Jasper community). Sleeping in my van at the festival then back home in time for our 3pm Sunday Sanctuary mindfulness session right here on Skool! Here is the link, or find it on the Calendar: https://www.skool.com/live/yDy8zMR2BFJ Phew - I'm a bit exhausted seeing all that written down - but I am sure it will be fun! Let us know in the comments what your mood-boosting plans are 💗

That festival sounds great, Kath. I hope it stays dry for you. Stepping up the dress making sounds fabulous too. Goooo you good things! I'll be happy if this stupid headache goes away - it's been cramping my style style yesterday morning. 🤕
Hi from Newy
Hey everyone - I hope you are all having a nice start to the week. I've been in Newcastle with my other half since Monday morning celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. It's the first time we've ever gone away to celebrate, and only our second weekend away sans kids in the last 16 years since having our second child 🤭 And it's the first time in 30 years together we have ever really splurged on dinner at a fancy restaurant without looking for the cheapest thing on the menu - Will probably be the last time until another major anniversary 😂 I had the best potato gnocchi I've ever tasted and Hector had a $60 steak - we only shared a bowl of olives for entree, had mains and two drinks each and it was $200! Worth it though when we've spent the last 25 years totally NOT doing that - living in a small town with no takeaway or shop to pick up dinner and the supermarket an hour round trip away! What's something you've splurged on in the past? Did you enjoy it? I reckon that is the important part! We fly home tomorrow and I'd love to catch up with some of you online at tomorrow night's cuppa date! 💙☕️ just hop on around 8pm and click on the event in the Classroom 😊

Something that i find helpful to inspire self worth is thinking of someone (human or fur baby) who fills your heart with love, then hugging yourself to sleep with all of that love turned towards yourself as well as your loved one. After all, love is love, turned inwards, outwards and then shared with the universe. We ARE love! 💓

Yep... physically hugging yourself with love.
Friday hi and weekend plans
How are you going today? I'm about to leave shortly for a snow trip - but my leg is killing me, so luckily I wasn't planning on skiing anyway. I've packed some books, my knitting and will take the laptop, and keep cosy in the cafe while everyone else freezes their asses off! My 16 year old is on their L's so they will be doing all the driving, thank god. I don't know what I've done to my leg - I think I pulled some muscles when lunging at the dog the other night to save it from trying to murder the cat. Anyway, I can't put hardly any weight on it, and have to walk super slowly. It's actually a bit of an exercise in mindfulness. I took the aforementioned dogbeast for a walk yesterday, and it took me an hour what I would normally do in about 15 minutes. Because I had to walk so slowly, I actually noticed a bunch of things I have never noticed before (and I've lived here for 23 years!) I saw a wishing well in someone's backyard, rocks at the bottom of the creek, a concrete parrot sitting next to a letter box, and lots of other little things. Do you like to go for a walk and just notice things? Let us know what you're up to this weekend! And enjoy xx

I love walking in nature - smelling the wind, greeting the trees, noticing new growth thrumming with life, and listening to the birds. Those swoopy magpies have such lovely voices and there are doves that seem to 'tinkle' as they take flight.
