What frameworks are people using to handle objections like No budget, Send an email, Not the right time etc

Hello everyone, how do you deal with rejection after a cold call where maybe has been rude or directly hang up on you ? What I usually do is thinking that the person on the order side of the phone does not me so is not a personal thing but the way that person reacts on this type of calls. That helps to keep me going but I am curious to know what keeps you going ?
