File formats?
Hey, just wanted to check what's the best file format to be saving designs in to ensure high quality? On Canva the default is PNG but wondered if PDF or JPEG is best?

Help with ETSY photos
was wondering if you might be able to help me. I’ve got my designs ready and in a mock up so they’re ready to be uploaded but when I attach them it doesn’t like it. They are PNG files and don’t exceed the 20MB threshold? Any ideas? Seems very odd
