i find that the message attached to the meeting being more personalized mention pain points they brought up etc. this works especially if a large amount of time has elapsed

December objections, how you handle it
For many in December it could be a bit harder to get meetings, because "Xmas stress, forecast 2025, year is almost over - let's do next year etc.). Please describe your typical objections during this month & how you handle it.

@Steven L. i'm currently agreeing with them and changing to a more explorative approach "i expected that may be the case, can i ask when you will be reviewing" im then asking to put a call in the diary for a couple months stressing to them its not a meeting they will have to join just to expect a call leading hopefully to a warmer call
