Help me get started.
Finishing up my Reta. Ordered: NAD 500mg, Aicar 50mg & GLP-2T - 10 mg. I'd like help with recon amount and dosage to start out for each please. Also, should I wait to start the GLP-2T (only doing this to follow Heather's advice since I am over 40) feeling hopeful. Love all about this switch so far.

For aicar I used 2ml bac water and started with 1mg to see how I tolerated it first.

1mg is what I started with and it’s working well. If you use a peptide calculator you can punch in all the info and the 1mg dose and you can decide how much bac water to use to make for easy dosing.

I do 2mg 5 days on 2 off..punch it into a peptide calculator and you can see how much bac water makes sense for you. I did 2ml in mine and 5 units is 2mg. Hope that helps!!
