hello! Iāve finally gotten around to making my introduction after a busy week, I bake as a side hobby and my latest hyper fixation has been making macarons! And I want to learn how to make them more fluffy, as of right now I feel like Iām so close and itās just one little thing that I needed to tweak but Iām not sure what it is hereās my macaron tax from yesterdayās batch and I canāt wait to interact with everyone!
