6 months in just hit 100 sales, things still seem to be a bit hit and miss some days I won't get a single sale other days I'll have 2-3, I hope things improve from here. 🙂

Hi guys, a customer as ordered a poster that had arrived damaged but they have thrown packing away so I won't be able to sort a replacement with PS, what would you do in this situation, let them know that you can't send a replacement due to this or pay out of your own pocket to keep them happy

Thought I’d share, woke up too 3 sales (7 posters sold) across my 2 shops ,matched my normal job wage overnight online, time to keep pushing the listings out stay consistent everyone 👍

Shipping A5/A4 without priority shipping
Realistically what are the outcomes for shipping times/reliability if we send without the £2 extra fee?

Hi, I now ship priority with the smaller sizes due to a few customers questioning where their order was when it didn't arrive on time. I find this can be an issue if the customer has ordered the item as a gift. Don't get me wrong I don't like paying the extra especially for A5 due to low profit but I would rather less profit and happy customers leaving good reviews. 🙂
