Ladies… what a couple of weeks.
The electricity and power have finally been restored — and I’m so, so grateful. For nearly 20 days, we only had power for 4–6 hours a day, often just 2 hours at a time. Running a business like that? Not easy. But we kept going. The Messiah production was absolutely incredible 🤍 An experience I will never forget. And I truly feel it… I am destined for the stage. Right now, I’m not feeling 100% ( expansion flu) — so if you have any healing prayers, please send them my way. I receive them with so much gratitude. And this is my prayer for you today: I pray that God blesses you with unexpected gifts, beautiful surprises, someone you can help… and someone who can help you. Because we are not meant to do this life alone. Life doesn’t always go as planned. There will be interruptions. There will be moments that test you. But that doesn’t define you. And it doesn’t stop what’s meant for you. And before you go, here are 3 practical things to do when you’re in a pickle: 1. Control what you can — immediately Ask yourself: What can I do right now with what I have? Even if it’s one message, one task, one small step. Momentum comes from movement, not perfect conditions. 2. Stabilise your energy first Pause before panic. Drink water. Step outside. Breathe. Pray. Have a relaxing bath, if you can go to beach or river or lake. You don’t make aligned decisions in survival mode. 3. Stay connected — don’t isolate Reach out. Ask for help. Share where you’re at. Do share here. So we can help. And also ask: Who can I help right now? Support flows both ways. Keep going. Keep believing. Drop your wins below — I want to celebrate you 🤍 And if you’re new here, welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. Always shine ✨ BB 🤍

📣 Announcement + Day Change
We’re going live on Wednesday inside The Confidence Club — and I’m very excited about this topic. For this week only, next week will be pre recorded. Because of my schedule and Production Messiah Low energy? Move or rest? This is something I’ve been navigating personally, and I know many women are feeling it too. Because how you manage your energy affects everything: - How you show up - How you make decisions - How you move forward In this session, we’ll unpack: • When to move vs when to rest • How to still make progress on low energy • How to show up in a way that supports your results 🎤 Live details: Wednesday, 25 March 2026 7PM SAST | 1PM EST | 9PM Sydney Stay tuned — I’ll drop the link soonest with details on how to join. (Still sorting out a few tech bits on my side.) Looking forward to this one ✨ Always Shine BB

It’s been a incredible tough few weeks in the new apartment, adjusting as life continues to toss up surprises. Except I don’t take no or resistance as a reason to stop. This week I Shared the most vulnerable teaching yet. This is a sneak preview of a rebrand and new project I’m working on. Photo by Hlumisa Remember to Always Shine BB I appreciate each and every one of you. I’m cheering for you. Let me know what you working to support you.

@Bernadene Oosthuizen I am calling everything into existence but still struggling with feeling from the end but I am able to be in the moment of knowing and having everything I need not all that I want yet
🌿 Wednesday Reset
Midweek check-in, ladies. Today I had to remind myself of something important: You are allowed to slow down. High-performing women often push through exhaustion, skip lunch, and keep adding more to the list. But confidence isn’t built through burnout — it’s built when you trust yourself enough to pause and refocus. Also, the journal in this photo is one I created myself, and today I realised I didn’t give it enough celebration time. Sometimes we move so quickly to the next goal that we forget to honour what we’ve already created. So here’s your reminder today: ✨ Journal ✨ Reflect ✨ Daydream a little Take a few minutes and ask yourself: 1️⃣ What actually needs my attention today? 2️⃣ What can wait until tomorrow? 3️⃣ What do I need right now? If you feel comfortable, share below: What is one dream or idea that’s been on your mind lately? Always Shine ✨ BB

Moving has reminded me of something important.
Every time we enter a new season or new space, there are three things that happen: We sort. We release. We bring in something new. Packing up my desk this week made me realise how many things we hold onto out of habit — notebooks we no longer use, ideas we’ve outgrown, even versions of ourselves that no longer fit. And sometimes growth simply asks us to let go first. So today I want to give you a small exercise: Look around the space you’re sitting in. Ask yourself: • What can I remove that no longer serves me? • What can I let go of that feels outdated or heavy? • What is one small thing I can bring in that represents the next version of me? It could be something simple. A plant. A new notebook. A different chair. A piece of clothing that makes you feel confident. Sometimes a tiny shift in our environment reminds our brain that a new chapter has started. After moving more times than I can count — and especially during my yachting years where movement was constant — I’ve learned this: Every new space is an invitation to become someone new. So today in the Confidence Club we take one action: Remove. Release. Receive. Small shifts create powerful momentum. Always Shine ✨ BB
