Morning all! I want to make this a really useful community for you so I would love to know the biggest challenges or the areas in your life you would love a little support and TLC with. I will be talking about 8 main areas of focus that do overlap in places, but get ready for chit chat, tips and useful info about - - Energy & the Nervous System - Emotions - Beliefs & Mindset - Pain & the Mindbody Connection - Money - Healing - Manifesting & Alignment - Stress & Capacity AND I'm happy to see what else you need and how I can help with it all. From 1st July, The Daily Tap will be done here live and I will rotate timezones from early, midday (ish), afternoon and possibly evening so everyone gets a chance to see it. And every month I am going to do a group session you are welcome to attend. It will either be a group borrowing benefits session, a demonstration about a certain topic we cover, a practitioner spotlight, or a Q&A about a certain topic. It will vary depending on what I see the community needs and wants each month. I may also put some polls out so you can vote for what you would most benefit from. Right now, it's just starting - but I want this place to be THE community for people who love all things energy, natural health and wellness, connection, healing and a place where you can take your figurative bra off and be yourself. So, come as you are, as for what you need and join/do The Daily Tap as often as you can because it's in the daily application that you will see the biggest results - not just when the sh*t hits the fan ;) Alright, enough from me for now.
