Afternoon Fam, I have an eviction on a report, not the main 3, but it's somewhere, and it never actually happened. The attorney filed the paper at the court, but they never went through with the actual eviction. What report holds records like that? Thanks in advance, Major

It's not on my credit report, because it never happened, but the filing is showing up in my name. My current property manager didn't pull it, but I applied for a home rental, and they were able to see it. I'll research more. Thanks.
