Off to a good start this year focusing in on starting a new job and training to qualify for Boston Marathon . I’ve transitioned from Ironman training over to strictly running and so far so good.

My goals for November. -complete last month of workouts for Ironman training. (No exceptions don’t miss a single workout) -dial in on my nutrition and continue working on making eating clean a habit. -prepare and seal the deal for interview for job coming out of college.
Intro
What’s up guys, Glad to be part of a group of like minded individuals. Currently Training for an Ironman 70.3 in December as well as a backyard ultra marathon. Looking forward to meeting everyone and working together towards our goals. 🫡

@Christian Clark Yeah man it’s going super well. 3-4 of each discipline a week (swim bike run) and then a couple days of strength training.
