I am currently torn between buying 1 bike to rule them all. The Ari Shaffer 2.0 Comp that they have on sale right now, and keeping my extra set of wheels setup for road and using that bike for all things, just swapping wheels back and forth for different group rides. OR buying the Polygon S7X with 105 Di2 groupset and then selling my current road bike and getting a relatively cheap gravel bike (in comparison to the Shafer at least). I do not do any races, although I may get into it a bit whenever I finally hit my weight loss goals. But I am torn, I definitely ride mostly on the road due to the locations of most of the group rides near me. So I am leaning more towards the Polygon, but I wonder if I would end up noticing a difference at the end of the day if I was to get the Shafer and ride it with road wheels and tires on it, then have the option to hit the gravel groups occasionally too. Any insights or thoughts would be helpful! PS: Another sidebar option would be the Canyon Grizl 7 aluminum frame version, but I kind of want to upgrade to the carbon frame bike, not sure why Thanks
