Nutrition help
I ride 2-3h sometimes z2 or intervals etc.. during ride i just eat 1 banana + 3-4 dates, and im really not into expensive gels, and i know im not giving enough carbs to my legs while riding but i dont even have much options i can fuel my legs before going to ride and after but not during ride, and i end up getting home with tired legs but okay, can you guys recommend me any good food i can eat during ride which will be very useful to fuel carbs without wasting money on expensive gels? 🙏

Cycling during chemotherapy?
Hey guys, unfortunately I got diagnosed with stage IV Hodgkin lymphoma. Big chances I will heal, but will need multiple rounds of chemotherapy. Will start soon. Anyone who has experience with cycling during chemotherapy or knows someone? At the moment i'm still feeling good, not sick at all. Did an hour full gas on the mountainbike 2 days ago and today first time on a normal spinning bike. Did 271w for one hour, 3.1w/kg for me. Please pray for my recovery. thank you guys

@Wouter Verhulst Thanks for ur reply, nice to see a fellow physio :) My own physio approach right now is: Activity depends on energy levels. Last week my first round of chemo hit me and I felt like shit for a few days. On those days I only walked for like 30-40mins per day. When I started feeling better I went to the gym again to hit some legs (moderate weights, around 12 reps per set). I also did 45mins of z1 cycling which felt good. My goal is to do 2-3gym sessions every week (unfortunately due to my picc line i cant really train upperbody, so my volume overall will be low). And do cycling sessions, not prolonged, just keep the legs spinning. In my recovery period I expect no epic trainings or PRs (duhhh). Just keep the body moving and try to do more volume the further i am in recovering from my chemo. 10 february I will have a petscan that will decide if i need a total of 4 or 6 rounds of brecadd chemo.
