Step-by-step: free uncensored GLM-5.3 on Experiential (18+)
18+ only. Experiential's terms say you have to be at least 18 to make an account, and this model has its refusals taken out. If you're under 18, skip this one. ok so Experiential Labs has a free version of GLM-5.3 Flash Abliterated right now. "Abliterated" means they removed the part of the model that makes it say "sorry, I can't help with that." Same brain as regular GLM-5.3 Flash, just way fewer refusals. This guide is the whole thing. No paid course, no upsell, nothing locked. And here's the one catch up front so nobody feels baited: To unlock the free models, they make you add a card and charge it $1 one time to prove you're a real person. That $1 goes into your account as credit. You do NOT need to buy a plan. Step 1: Open the models page Go to platform.experientiallabs.ai/models Step 2: Tap "Free" Top right you'll see Free / Pro / Max / Ultra. Tap Free. That shows what everything costs on the free plan. Look for the green FREE tag. If the price is crossed out and says $0, you pay nothing. (You'll also see Jev tagged free. It's not a chatbot, it's for people building apps, so skip it for now.) Step 3: Click GLM-5.3 Flash Abliterated It's at the top of the list under Promotional. Step 4: Make an account Click Log in. Use Google, GitHub, or your email. Step 5: Do the $1 verification Go to platform.experientiallabs.ai/credits and add a card. They charge $1 one time and it shows up as credit in your balance. Don't buy Pro, you don't need it for this. Step 6: Start chatting Go back to the GLM-5.3 Flash Abliterated page and click "Open in Playground." Make sure that model is the one selected, then type to it like you would in ChatGPT. That's it for most people. Want it inside your coding app? (optional) Works with OpenCode, Cline, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and more. 1. Go to Settings, then API Keys, and create a key. It starts with xpl_. It only shows once, so copy it right away and treat it like a password.

Edit videos in ChatGPT with ChatCut
ok this is worth trying if editing is the part you keep putting off. ChatCut's official guide shows how its plugin can cut filler words, add captions and motion graphics to your footage inside ChatGPT. To install it, open Plugins in the ChatGPT desktop app, search for ChatCut, then click Install (setup instructions). Start with one talking-head clip and try this prompt: "Turn this into a 30-second vertical video. Lead with the strongest point, remove filler words and long pauses, and add readable captions. Keep my wording and don't change the meaning." Watch the whole cut before posting. Check the captions, make sure the cuts sound natural, and ask for one specific change at a time. Think of it as help with the first cut, not a reason to skip reviewing your video. Check the current pricing and limits before paying for anything. If you try it, drop your before and after in here. I'd like to see what it does with your footage.

OpenChatCut, video-use, and OpenEdit use open-source Claude Code for local editing workflows; Vex offers non-commercial CLI; OpenReel provides MIT API support. Going to try these out with my api key and you even do local ai. Worth trying it out.

@Luke Brinton def. I want to master editing with AI and even customizing the pipeline if needed with my API specifications.
My custom PC had some issues
Yo guys what’s up My custom PC decided to completely break on me and obviously that sucks but honestly it reminded me of something We’ve kind of lost our tolerance for trial and error Especially with vibe coding AI makes everything happen so fast that when something doesn’t work instantly we start thinking something is wrong But building anything good has always been messy You try something it breaks you figure out why you fix it and you keep going Whether you’re coding building a PC starting a business or making content the process is basically the same So if you’re frustrated confused or just having one of those days where nothing seems to work Trust the process Trial and error isn’t getting in the way of progress Trial and error is the progress Love luke

Definitely, I had to get used to the process of Linux and having a backup in case it breaks. For example, if it breaks, I have windows and a Linux distribution I can install again easily from USB and also backing up my Linux files.

If you would’ve told me, people would be using the terminal for coding, I would have laughed at you. Now it’s all the rage. Learning the terminal commands are pretty key for seamless experience. I’m glad the terminal exist.
what do you actually want in the classroom?
been heads down recording a ton for the classroom. the plan: get the basics in here first, then keep stacking until this thing is genuinely more valuable than most paid programs. live builds, the stuff I actually use, no fluff. and yeah eventually this goes paid. but if you’re reading this, you’re already in. grandfathered. forever. you don’t pay, ever, no matter what the price ends up being. that’s not a marketing thing, that’s just how I’m doing it. so use it. break it. tell me what’s missing. update: the local models + Claude Code basics are done. Codex is what I’m working on next. after that, what do you actually want in here? first couple of users, agents, maximizing Instagram, something else?

Agent orchestration. Spec driven development frameworks. More open sourced tools/clis. Building your own agent harnesses. Automations. Build repeatable & scalable systems.
