I haven't done much research into which frequencies are supposed to do what. But sound is vibration and it seems that everything has vibration. We've all heard things, like music, and "felt" something. So there is something to the idea that sound has the power to influence us. There is also "white noise", "brown noise", etc. I don't know much about these either, or which is supposed to be for what. This is a playlist that I put on during my practice today. What do you think? Have you listened to something like this before? Did you feel anything special or in particular? Is it healing or helpful to you? I'd say it's calm and peaceful at least. ENJOY.🙏
